I love this library and it's the best one of all! The only problem is the last stall in the mens' restroom because it has no privacy at all. It's very open for anyone to see you when you're handling number 2 business. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.
This is a nice, modern, well-run library. It is generally not crowded and it has a security officer on duty as well. Plus it has ample parking.
The people are nice, willing to assist you. It's very clean inside and spacious with alot of privacy computers 🖥. …
I wanted to take a moment to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to the Sunrise Library.
On August 9, 2023, my son and I visited the library, as we often do, to enjoy some quality time together. However, our experience took an unexpected turn when I was called to the back room by one of the librarians. To my shock and dismay, I was informed that we were being asked to leave due to complaints from other parents regarding my son's behavior.
I cannot express the range of emotions I felt upon hearing this news. I was taken aback because I had been right by my son's side throughout our visit. The accusation that he was involved in fighting and bullying left me utterly stunned. As a mother, it is my utmost priority to ensure my son behaves responsibly and treats others with respect. I can assure you that I witnessed his interactions closely, and it was the opposite situation: he was being followed and harassed by a couple of children who were trying to take his belongings.
This entire experience has left me deeply upset and shaken. It is disheartening to think that such a misunderstanding has led to our expulsion from a place we've come to cherish. I believe in fostering an environment of understanding and collaboration, where children can learn and grow together. To have my son unjustly labeled as a troublemaker goes against these principles.
I kindly request that you review the situation thoroughly and reconsider the decision made. I am more than willing to provide additional information or even facilitate a discussion to clear up any misconceptions that might have arisen during our visit.
Ultimately, my goal is for the Sunrise Library to remain a space where families can come together to learn, share, and enjoy the wonders of literature. I hope this unfortunate incident can be resolved so that we can continue to be a part of the library community.
I love this place, because is good helping kids reading. A nice and quiet place for kids.
Algo I included some photos about bathroom paper for some girls.
I had a fantastic time there it was my first time going and all very clean and organized. A large selection of books definitely going back
This is the one of the best library that I ever visited before here in Las vegas,Super clean and super kind people ❤️ Kelly was so nice to me helping out in my scanning process. COME TO VISIT they have a big calendar of activities.
I've been there once, but to just come here for a job interview. But later on, I will come here someday. This library looks very clean and peaceful. I even enjoy the books on the shelves, all sorts of them. For me, I'm a Stephen King reader.📚📝💻 …
